*For bigger termites, a few more spritz may be needed.
Effectiveness: It immediately dries out the small ones and kills them eventually.
Smell: It has a distinct smell, but not off putting. You’ll get accustomed to it. Just watch out cuz flies seem to be attracted to the sweet or food-like tones of the scent.
Delivery: They were able to assist me with same-day delivery. Just make sure to message them in the morning to check if it’s possible and pay for your order before 12 noon.
Overall: We’re still trying to put an end to our termite problem at home but after 2 pest control sessions, Theodore’s has definitely helped me 1) treat the localized areas for remaining termites and 2) reduce my anxiety cuz I have an effective weapon.

Regular use keeps the termites away even if they are persistent.
The nest came back and we cleaned and applied it again. Posted are the “before” and “after” application pictures.
Since the product is claimed to be natural and not toxic/poisonous to humans amd pets, we will try a 3x a week application this time.

Mild tolerable scent.
May work for minor infestations if applied weekly or regularly. Should not expect a complete eradication on a single use. Termites may return as we had experienced. After weekly application, there are no signs of a new nest so far.
